We also are happy to use contractors referred by the owners corporation as long as they contain the relevant licensees and insurances (relative to their trade)

For new buildings, we expertly manage the defect liability period to ensure developers address any construction defects within the warranty timeframe.

 

Our construction background gives us an edge in identifying structural or workmanship issues quickly. We liaise with builders and contractors on your behalf and lawyers/NCAT/Fair trading m/Building commissioner and other relevant parties and are experience in managing strata bonds tracking all reported defects and pushing for timely rectification.

 

The result is a smoother handover from construction phase to everyday living, with all defects documented and resolved to the highest standard.
