Qonnect Strata Management is a Norwest-based strata company built on a passion for excellence and a commitment to our clients. Although we’re a new name in the industry, our team brings 15+ years of strata management expertise to the table. Our background in strata, construction and contract administration, WHS, compliance matters means we understand buildings inside-out – from structural integrity to the fine print of service contracts. We founded Qonnect to raise the bar in strata services, offering hands-on, proactive management that anticipates issues before they arise. We want to be different not just sit behind a screen but actually understand your buildings and its needs
