One sign only will be permitted, and this is to be erected in a position to be specified and without damage to the common property.
The number of the apartment/unit/townhouse is to be displayed on the sign.
The sign should only be of a 'standard size' as used for residential real estate in the area.
Approval to be only for a maximum period (as specified in the approval notice) without the need for further approval being sought.
Signs are to be removed within (7) seven days that contracts are exchanged and remain with a "Sold" or "Leased" sticker thereon.
Owners are fully responsible for the actions of their estate agents and contractors, including the cost of the Owners Corporation in removing any sign in breach of these conditions.
